User: I'd like to schedule a pap smear.
Ryan: A pap smear? Uh... We don't do that here.
User: Why not?
Ryan: We're the UPMC Corporate IT Help Desk.
User: Oh. Well, can you transfer me to my doctor?
Ryan: I'd be glad to. Who's your doctor?
User: I don't know. I had a pap smear with her last year at Magee.
Ryan: There are a couple hundred doctors at Magee. Do you know anything about them?
User: No. Can you transfer me to the main Magee doctor?
Ryan: Unfortunately, there is no main doctor at Magee... You may want to call the operator...
